Sorry the flood is kicking us out for at least a week maybe a month at tops so. we will not have internet we will be camping so no internet so will have to delay my challenge until next month:(
OK for a update. Sorry it's way late our house was flooded and we are dealing with all that goes with houses being flooded. But I can say by Thursday I really did not want walk. I found by Saturday that my blood sugar level was too low. So I'm going to have to work with getting sugar in my diet from a natural source. I'm loving the work outs and they truly are just 15 min.s a day. But I find that even after the workout my muscles are still working. I'm hoping that soon I will be able to do the work out with out hurting so much after. I hope we can up date more often after our home is back in order. I will try and update as much as possible and hoping we back in our home soon.

FIT YUMMY MUMMY START

Ok Sorry for the delay in blogging but we have a big to do here yesterday.
I did do my workout thought and learned 1. I'm going to be very sore starting this 2. I am way, way, way out of shape. Oh did I say way!!! just doing sets of 10 squats was almost impossible.

OK lets get down to the nitty gritty. starting weight is :160lbs,
                                                                        thighs 24" :((
                                                                        waist: 34"
                                                                        hips:43"
                                                                        Bust: 38 1/2"

 I will post updates of these in 4 weeks to see where we are:/  I would like to get back to my 128-130 mark that I was before jedidiah came, but I'm in no rush. I would rather gain health eating and energy.

I have cut all sugar out of my diet completely, along with processed foods. I never realized all the things that have sugar in them that I was eating. Like have you ever had oatmeal with out any sugar? Can you say bland. Some of these foods will take a while to get use too. But this morning I tried oatmeal with organic cinnamon and organic raisins and it was not to bad.

For lunch we did chicken with cucumbers. The Funny thing is I sent my husband to whole foods for A (meaning one) cucumber and he came home with ten! Yes, ten cucumbers he thought that was what I was going to have for lunch everyday! So guess what I will be having for lunch everyday. After this I should be able to post a posting on how to eat cucumbers ten different ways:)

As far as the workout I did a IT(interval) workout instead of the RT (resistance training) workout. So I will be doing two IT work outs in a row to get back on the right schedule.

And tonight we get to fajita salad for dinner:) I will take a photo and post after we have it. I'm sure it will be good by the recipe it sounds great and all made from home and no fake food.

One thing I am questioning is the prograde supplement. it's a protein supplement and I'm not quit sure I want to go with that while nursing even though I have heard some people do  use it. Has anyone ever use a supplement like this while nursing and what was your results?

Fit Yummy Mummy Challange & Give Away

Ok, so most of you know that I have a disorder called MATHER for short. Blood clots to make it shorter and a very basic description. SO I have been told to exercise and do it a lot. But with six kids and limited finance this have not been top priority.SO again here I am and I have more clots and need to get to a better place and time and finances are out the door this is something I need to get going and now or I may not see my grandkids.(ok truthfully finances still are a issue but need to get this going so we are finding the money and ding extra stuff to get the basics).

I have chosen to do the Fit yummy mummy to start it is 12 weeks and it is a nutrition change and exercise plan. I figure if I have to blog about it and post photos I might be more accountable to do it.
I will post a start up photo on Monday September 9th, 2013. then I will do a up date every 4 weeks. ( they say you should have some result by then. So if you want to take a trip with me I will be going all out. I am also a Doterra consultant. So I will be posting the things I am using from them if you want to try it out too. it will all start Monday.

Today I am clearing my house of all sugar and any processed foods, and getting thing set up for this challenge so pray that I use wisdom in my planning.

My family is being supper supportive something I did not have before so it is nice. Although breakfast this morning oatmeal with out sugar my kids decided oatmeal was not that Good:) I'm sure we will find a few foods that way. But God made all these good foods with out adding things to them and we are going to try and live with out adding all the extra stuff.

I could use prayer in the following things:

1. I praise God for all He has done.
2. I stay on track and really do this challenge.
3. Praise God some more:))
4. Get healthy for God and my family.

At the end of the 12 Weeks if I keep up I will treat myself and one other that has encouraged me and walked with me this whole 12 week to a surprise.
